Senior Graphic Designer

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join a prominent organization based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role requires fluency in Arabic and involves designing both digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop creative visual ideas for digital and printed marketing campaigns.
• Produce top-quality designs for social media, websites, presentations, brochures, reports, advertisements, and other promotional materials.
• Establish and uphold a consistent brand identity and visual standards across all communication platforms.
• Collaborate closely with teams across marketing, communications, events, and content departments to execute creative projects.
• Transform briefs and ideas into engaging and persuasive visual concepts.
• Create design elements for corporate events, exhibitions, activations, and other company initiatives.
• Effectively manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors such as agencies, photographers, videographers, and suppliers as needed.
• Maintain uniformity in branding elements including typography, imagery, layout, and overall visual messaging.
• Keep abreast of the latest design trends, innovative creative technologies, and evolving digital content formats.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience as a senior graphic designer or in a comparable role.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing creative and high-standard design work.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Hands-on experience with branding, digital content, social media graphics, and marketing collateral design.
• In-depth understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, composition, and visual story narration.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to perform under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluent proficiency in Arabic is mandatory.
