About the Role

AIG Hospitals is seeking two skilled and innovative Graphic Designers with 3 to 6 years of professional experience to enhance our creative team in Hyderabad. This full-time position requires designing visual content that supports digital marketing, branding, and communication efforts across varied platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling creatives for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and marketing initiatives.
• Design a range of assets including static posts, carousels, banners, infographics, presentations, and campaign-specific graphics.
• Develop and execute creative concepts aligned with campaign goals and briefs.
• Collaborate effectively with Digital Marketing, Branding, and Content teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Produce brochures, posters, standees, event materials, and other print collateral.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual communication across all projects.
• Handle multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring on-time delivery of quality creatives.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and social media practices to keep content fresh and engaging.

Candidate Profile

• Possess between 3 to 6 years of experience in professional graphic designing roles.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator with a solid understanding of design fundamentals including typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Experience creating digital marketing and social media visuals effectively.
• Exceptional creative thinking abilities coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
• Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Additional skills in motion graphics and video editing will be considered advantageous.
