The Senior Gameplay Animation Programmer plays a key role in developing high-fidelity animated characters, vehicles, and environments using our unique, multi-threaded engine designed for scalability and detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement robust, scalable, and reliable code for animation systems.
• Produce clear technical documentation and conduct peer reviews across multiple multidisciplinary teams.
• Collaborate closely with team members, providing mentorship and working alongside other disciplines.
• Work intimately with animators to support asset pipelines, enable procedural animation solutions, manage complex transition sequences, and ensure animation quality meets the highest standards.
• Lead engineering best practices within the team, innovate workflows, and push technological boundaries.

Candidate Profile

We seek individuals passionate about game creation, especially animation, who strive for excellence in their work. Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

• Advanced proficiency in C++ within extensive shared codebases including thorough testing, code reviews, and source control usage.
• A strong grasp of 3D mathematics and animation principles encompassing procedural techniques, runtime rigging, layered blending, and performance optimization.
• Ability to thrive in a cooperative team setup while building strong interpersonal connections.
• Approachability and collaboration with colleagues across all roles and experience levels.
• Clear communication skills capable of conveying technical concepts to diverse teams.
