Senior Frontend Engineer

Job Purpose

The role involves designing, developing, and enhancing frontend applications that are high-quality, secure, responsive, and user-friendly, while ensuring conformity with technical and business guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain responsive, high-performance frontend applications using React and React Native frameworks.
• Take full ownership of delivering complex features from UI design handoff to production deployment.
• Convert UI/UX designs and business needs into functional and accessible user interfaces.
• Develop reusable components and shared libraries to maintain consistency across various products.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services, APIs, and third-party platforms.
• Implement client-side security measures for authentication, session management, and handling sensitive data.
• Manage mobile application release cycles on App Store and Google Play, including native build configuration tasks.
• Ensure compliance with performance, security, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility standards.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce frontend engineering best practices within the team.
• Diagnose and resolve complex frontend and device-specific issues with lasting solutions.
• Enhance application performance, usability, and maintainability.
• Support automated testing, continuous integration/deployment, and resolve production issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute actively to documentation and knowledge sharing.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in frontend engineering.
• Strong proficiency in React, React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, state management techniques, and Git version control.
• Experience with native build tools such as Xcode and Android Studio, and familiarity with app store release processes is advantageous.
