Work Schedule
The role follows a Front End Days shift rotation: 12-hour day shifts from 7am to 7pm covering Monday to Wednesday and alternate Thursdays, organized in a repeating 4 days on / 3 days off followed by 3 days on / 4 days off pattern.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Support Technician with expertise in electrical and mechanical systems to support the launch of our first European manufacturing site. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, this position is key to maintaining smooth site operations by providing technical documentation and support. The role requires experience within regulated maintenance environments, familiarity with Maximo CMMS, adherence to GMP standards, and strong communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, assemble, and analyze technical data from internal systems to aid operational decisions.
- Produce routine and special reports to assist Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams.
- Interpret technical documents including drawings, schematics, and process data for investigations and reporting.
- Conduct trend and data analyses to support continuous improvement and issue resolution.
- Help manage Non-Conformance (NC) processes ensuring accurate and timely documentation closure.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing controlled documents such as SOPs, work instructions, and reports.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality departments to gather relevant information for investigations.
- Provide hands-on technical expertise related to quality matters.
- Contribute actively to continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
- Ensure all maintenance and repair activities are thoroughly documented and ready for audits at any time.
- Manage maintenance activities using Maximo CMMS effectively.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards in all maintenance operations.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe workplace.
- Participate in audits, risk assessments, and stress testing of facility systems.
- Oversee and coordinate activities of external contractors working on site.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant experience plus completion of a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Solid background in electrical or mechanical disciplines.
- Proficient in Maximo Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Well-versed in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance and requirements.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance protocols.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Experience working with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS).
- Exposure to technical report generation and documentation is desirable.

The annual base salary range for this position is between €49,895 and €64,570 gross, with the final offer depending on the candidate's expertise and experience.
