Position Overview

We seek an experienced Document Services Team Leader or Senior Document Services Operative for a full-time, on-site position at our busy corporate facility in Dublin. This role involves overseeing daily service operations, allocating tasks, providing guidance and support to teammates, and ensuring top-quality customer service, efficiency, and output standards.

This position is hands-on and operational rather than a formal managerial role, placing you as the senior team member who collaborates with the Document Services Manager.

Work Schedule and Requirements

  • Full-time, site-based role covering Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm (37.5 hours weekly)
  • A basic DBS clearance is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a small Document Services team on-site.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and service objectives.
  • Provide training, guidance, and daily assistance to team members.
  • Supervise work quality and productivity to satisfy client standards.
  • Execute high-quality printing, scanning, reprographics, binding, laminating, and document finishing tasks.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, courier management, and internal deliveries.
  • Respond to client inquiries, requests, and service issues professionally.
  • Maintain precise operational documentation and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality, data security, and health and safety policies.
  • Contribute to service improvements and continuous enhancement efforts.
  • Provide hands-on support across all service areas.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience leading small teams or acting as a senior operative coordinating workloads.
  • Background in document services, print rooms, reprographics, or post room environments.
  • Ability to produce accurate work aligned with client specifications, meeting deadlines and KPIs.
  • Proficient in operating print, scanning, finishing, or mail-handling machinery within an on-site service.
  • Experience delivering high-quality customer service in a professional setting.
  • Skilled in maintaining accurate records while managing confidential information.
  • Familiarity with service quality checks, team training, and operational audits.
  • Knowledge of secure mail, courier logistics, records management, or document archiving is advantageous.
  • Clear communication skills in written and spoken English, with confidence interacting with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • High attention to detail and strong personal accountability.
  • Effective planning and time management to handle multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Practical understanding of print, document production, and post room workflows.
  • Capability to identify and solve problems independently in the manager's absence, demonstrating initiative and flexibility.
  • Competent with Microsoft 365 and adaptable to learning Accenture systems, workflow tools, and reporting platforms.
  • Must hold or be eligible for a Basic DBS clearance.
