Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Document Controller to be part of our Riyadh team. The successful candidate will have at least five years of experience managing documents in consultancy environments, specializing in site supervision projects involving infrastructure like roads, tunnels, highways, and bridges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the lifecycle of official documents including reports, contracts, specifications, and correspondence, ensuring their proper creation, review, distribution, and archiving.
  • Maintain strict version control to guarantee all stakeholders access the latest documents.
  • Develop and maintain effective document retrieval systems for authorized personnel.
  • Implement quality assurance practices to uphold the accuracy and integrity of documents.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies in document management procedures.
  • Provide training and assistance to colleagues on document control processes and software tools.
  • Work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and administrative teams to streamline documentation workflows.
  • Safeguard sensitive information by enforcing confidentiality and security protocols.
  • Perform routine audits of document management systems to find and implement improvements.
  • Continuously enhance document control processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least five years of professional experience in document control within consultancy services focused on site supervision projects.
  • Proven track record in document control or records management roles.
  • Proficiency in document management platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational abilities and effective time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Able to function independently and within team settings.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of regulatory standards related to document management, such as ISO, is advantageous.
  • Certification in document management (e.g., Certified Document Controller) is preferred.
  • Applicant must be a Saudi national.
