About the Role
Join a passionate team committed to delivering impactful AI and machine learning solutions as part of the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Algorithmic Decision-Making Team (AIML - ADM). This position involves working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment where you enable clients to extract value from their data through advanced AI/ML methods. The role requires autonomy in conducting statistical and machine learning research and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and independently implement analytic solutions addressing complex problems, demonstrating proactive leadership and initiative.
- Lead and manage a team of Data Scientists with effective stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with various organizational stakeholders to uncover opportunities for data-driven business improvements.
- Rapidly assimilate new languages, tools, and platforms to stay at the forefront of technology.
- Design, develop, and deliver insightful analytics and robust AI/ML solutions.
- Drive research, prototype innovative approaches, gather data and requirements, scope solutions, and consult clients on advanced statistical and machine learning challenges.
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to deploy models and oversee their performance.
- Develop AI/ML solutions across multiple domains including but not limited to Customer Segmentation & Targeting, Propensity and Churn Modelling, Lifetime Value Estimation, Forecasting, Recommender Systems, Response Modelling, Marketing Mix and Price Optimization.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess between 5.5 to 11 years of experience in core Data Science and Machine Learning roles.
- Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in at least one programming language: R or Python.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills with proficiency in data structures and machine learning algorithms.
- Experience managing the entire data science lifecycle including problem definition, data acquisition, exploratory data analysis, modelling, insight generation, visualization, and model monitoring and maintenance.
