Senior Consultant - AI Solution Architect

Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Consultant - AI Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of advanced AI agent systems within our organization. This role involves developing the technical strategies for AI orchestration frameworks and fostering responsible AI policies. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to deploy cutting-edge AI technologies into production environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the chief technical advisor for generative AI projects.
• Lead the creation of proof-of-concept developments and document architectural decisions.
• Guide engineering teams on AI agent design patterns and industry best practices.
• Continuously assess new technologies and update technical roadmaps accordingly.
• Design AI agent-based systems and multi-agent workflows tailored for enterprise applications.
• Evaluate and integrate agent frameworks such as LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework, OpenAI Agents SDK, Google Agent-to-Agent (A2A), and upcoming standards.
• Architect communication protocols including tool-use patterns, function calling, MCP, and inter-agent communication.
• Develop strategies for observability, debugging, and incorporating human-in-the-loop workflows in agent systems.
• Design architectures for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, embedding strategies, document chunking, hybrid search, and re-ranking for optimized data retrieval.
• Create knowledge graphs and integrate structured data with generative AI systems.
• Lead architectural decisions across cloud AI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, Google Vertex AI, OpenAI APIs, and open-source generative AI models.
• Develop pipelines for prompt management, version control, and optimization.
• Architect multi-model deployment strategies including model routing and fallback mechanisms.
• Implement patterns for optimizing costs, managing latency, and scaling large language model workloads.
• Define and apply comprehensive evaluation frameworks for large language model applications and agent systems.
• Build automated evaluation systems using frameworks like RAGAS, DeepEval, and custom evaluation tools.
• Set benchmarks for assessing response quality, factual accuracy, task completion, and user satisfaction.
• Drive responsible AI practices emphasizing safety, fairness, transparency, and privacy.
• Implement safety guardrails, content filtering, and output validation mechanisms.
• Design protections against prompt injection, data leakage, and ensure secure execution of agent systems.
• Ensure compliance with evolving AI regulations and relevant industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Arabic language proficiency is required.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in software engineering or architectural roles.
• Minimum 3 years of practical experience creating and deploying large language model-powered applications in production.
• Expertise in AI agent architectures, orchestration patterns, and designing workflow systems.
• Proficient with at least two of the following: LangChain/LangGraph, Microsoft Semantic Kernel/Agent Framework, OpenAI Agents SDK, Google Vertex AI Agent Builder.
• Experienced in designing and implementing advanced RAG systems and agentic AI solutions.
• Strong skills in Python programming, including asynchronous programming techniques.
• Hands-on experience with cloud AI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry or Google Vertex AI.
• In-depth understanding of generative AI model fundamentals including prompting, fine-tuning, context window management, and token economics.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP), Google Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocol, and multi-agent communication frameworks.
• Experience building AI evaluation pipelines and systems for AI quality assurance.
• Familiarity with advanced RAG methodologies like query decomposition, multi-hop reasoning, and GraphRAG.
• Use of AI observability tools to monitor and debug systems.
• Background in AI safety, red-teaming, or implementing responsible AI practices.
