Senior Compiler Engineer

About the Role

We are collaborating with a financially strong and rapidly growing semiconductor and AI computing firm that develops cutting-edge compute platforms integrating advanced silicon, accelerators, and compiler technologies. They are expanding their compiler team and seek Senior to Staff-level Compiler Engineers focused on hardware-aware, high-performance compiler systems vital to next-generation computing products.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and improving LLVM-based and proprietary compiler toolchains.
• Optimizing performance for AI, machine learning, and accelerator-centric workloads.
• Implementing low-level code generation, backend enhancements, and systems-level compiler improvements.
• Collaborating closely with architecture, silicon, and hardware teams to influence real-world product development.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven expertise in compiler development, with strong preference for experience using LLVM.
• Advanced skills in C++ programming.
• Background in systems programming, hardware-aware software, or performance optimization.
• Experience or familiarity with AI accelerators, CPUs, GPUs, or DSPs is highly beneficial.
