Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in managing kitchen operations.
• Work closely with department managers to maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.
• Follow the example of the Head Chef to uphold excellence and efficiency in the kitchen.
• Strictly comply with HACCP regulations at all times.
• Encourage and assist kitchen staff in maintaining appropriate hygiene procedures throughout food preparation and storage.

Requirements

• Prior experience working in hotels or in a comparable kitchen role.
• A genuine passion for food and culinary arts.
• A mature and pleasant demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good knowledge and adherence to HACCP standards and procedures.
