Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and expand sales by identifying, engaging, and winning new customers within the target region.
- Generate new business through prospecting, lead generation, cold outreach, and leading persuasive sales presentations.
- Build strong alignment between corporate offerings and client needs by engaging in thoughtful cold calls with senior IT executives in the territory.
- Meet and exceed set sales targets and performance indicators consistently.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Five to seven plus years of frontline sales experience in a fast-paced B2B environment with a proven track record of hitting sales goals.
- Intellectual agility and eagerness for continuous learning about products and customers, applying this knowledge to clearly convey Info-Tech's value proposition.
- Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills, capable of engaging both internal stakeholders and senior-level external clients throughout all sales phases.
- Proficient in active listening, responding effectively to enhance mutual understanding with customers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle complex sales processes with continuous prioritization and focus.
- Persistent and resilient mindset to handle setbacks creatively with a solution-oriented approach.
- Business insight and technology knowledge to effectively interact with clients.
- Self-driven motivation and self-awareness of strengths and development areas.
- Experience in advisory, information, or business services environments is advantageous.

Work Arrangement
The role follows a hybrid work model requiring four days weekly at our Sydney office and one day working remotely.
