Role Overview
As a Regional Director, you will lead and expand Info-Tech’s strategic presence in Western Australia. You will partner with technology and business leaders to address complex organizational challenges and help them achieve transformative outcomes through Info-Tech’s suite of research, advisory, consulting, and diagnostic services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new executive-level client relationships and increase Info-Tech's footprint in the Western Australian market.
- Manage the entire sales process, from strategic prospecting to negotiation, closing deals, and growing accounts.
- Engage in consultative, value-driven discussions with CIOs, CDOs, CISOs, CFOs, and other senior executives.
- Identify client priorities and tailor Info-Tech’s offerings to deliver quantifiable business benefits.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, referrals, networking, marketing efforts, and executive engagement activities.
- Deliver persuasive presentations tailored to clients’ strategic goals.
- Work collaboratively with analysts, advisors, and experts to provide comprehensive client solutions.
- Ensure precise pipeline tracking and forecasting using Salesforce CRM.
- Provide market feedback to help refine products, services, and go-to-market strategies.
- Commit to ongoing professional growth through coaching and collaboration.

- Excel at generating new opportunities, navigating complex organizations, and securing executive-level engagements.
- Demonstrate ownership and consistently expand your territory with new and existing clients.
- Combine commercial drive with genuine curiosity about clients’ business challenges.
- Promote teamwork, celebrate shared achievements, and contribute to a high-performing culture.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 10 years of proven success in enterprise B2B sales, strategic account management, consulting, or business development with complex organizations.
- Established track record of building trusted relationships with CIOs and senior technology executives, preferably within Western Australia.
- Consultative mindset focused on outcomes, with the ability to understand business priorities and align technology initiatives accordingly.
- Strong commercial insight and executive presence; confident in engaging in strategic dialogue while maintaining authenticity and client focus.

- Continuous intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for learning about technology, business, and leadership.
- Resilient and adaptable, capable of managing extended and complex sales cycles professionally and patiently.
- Collaborative attitude, humility, and eagerness to share knowledge and support team success.
- Growth-oriented mindset with openness to feedback, coaching, and personal development.
- Experience utilizing CRM tools such as Salesforce and proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Valid Australian driver’s license and unrestricted working rights in Australia.
- A tertiary qualification in business, technology, or a connected field is beneficial but not mandatory.
