Applicants will possess a proven history of surpassing new business goals and demonstrate a hunter mentality, excelling at establishing new enterprise accounts from the ground up. Candidates should be comfortable navigating structured sales environments and adept at using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics. Establishing credibility quickly and nurturing value-focused relationships with C-level decision-makers during complex sales cycles is a core skill for success.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales process exclusively aimed at acquiring new enterprise clients, from early-stage prospecting through closing deals.
- Engage in high-volume outbound prospecting across targeted enterprise accounts using diverse channels like cold outreach, social selling, events, and marketing efforts.
- Identify and reach critical decision-making groups within large, complex organisations to uncover new business opportunities.
- Evaluate and convert inbound marketing leads while primarily focusing on generating the pipeline independently.
- Create and deliver customized, impactful sales presentations that demonstrate Info-Tech’s value to executive-level audiences.
- Lead intricate sales negotiations by deeply understanding client challenges and aligning offerings with strategic business goals.
- Maintain robust pipelines of qualified leads with accurate forecasting and disciplined management using CRM tools.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, research, and sales leadership to enhance go-to-market tactics and improve new customer acquisition.
- Work alongside Info-Tech’s analyst and research teams to augment the value proposition during sales engagements.
- Participate actively in continuous coaching, training, and skill development programs to strengthen enterprise sales abilities.
Essential Criteria for Selection
- Demonstrated success in securing new enterprise business with a consistent record of acquiring new corporate logos.
- Experience selling to senior IT and business executives within large and complex organizational structures.
- Background in selling research, advisory, consulting, or similarly complex intangible services.
- Capacity to open doors, create demand, and develop opportunities within untapped or competitive accounts.
- Skilled in conducting value-focused, insight-led sales discussions with C-level executives.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including collaboration, listening, critical thinking, and communication.
- Able to perform effectively in a dynamic, high-performance, and entrepreneurial setting.
- Resilient, curious, and highly motivated to excel in a role focused solely on new business development.
- Willing and able to travel as necessary to meet clients.
- Possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and a valid passport.
