Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational management of a portfolio of real estate funds, ensuring quality client service and prompt fund operations delivery.
- Manage fund administration duties such as NAV calculation, investor reporting, capital transactions, reviewing financial statements, and supporting annual audits.
- Review fund and legal documentation, liaise with legal counsels, administrators, depositaries, and other service providers to satisfy governance and compliance across the fund's lifecycle.
- Track fund activities including cash flow monitoring, adherence to investment restrictions, managing acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, and other operational transactions to maintain efficiency and compliance.
- Develop and maintain effective client and stakeholder relationships and contribute to continuous process enhancements and operational excellence within the Real Estate Operations team.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess 3 to 4 years’ experience in fund accounting, administration, or operations, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of fund operational processes, accounting standards, valuation, custody, and financial statement preparation.
- Proven ability managing relationships with clients and coordination with internal teams, auditors, legal advisors, administrators, and depositaries.
- Excellent analytical reasoning, problem-solving aptitude, communication skills, and acute attention to detail with the capacity to juggle multiple responsibilities.
- Self-driven, collaborative with capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, dedicated to excellent client service and operational integrity.
