Senior Assistant Store Manager

Position Overview

The Senior Assistant Store Manager role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service while backing the Store Manager in overall store operations. Responsibilities include driving sales and profitability, developing staff, managing expenses and minimizing shrinkage, and overseeing merchandising and inventory activities adhering to company policies.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an hourly wage between $19.00 and $19.25, depending on qualifications and experience. Work Conditions and Requirements
