Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee operations of a single restaurant location. Your duties include hiring, guiding, and managing associates to meet financial targets and ensure outstanding guest experiences. You'll be instrumental in driving the success of your store. Comprehensive store leadership training of three or more weeks will prepare you for this role.

Qualifications and Expectations

• High school diploma is mandatory
• Flexibility to relocate within 50 miles of your home location
• Availability to work varied schedules, including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business requirements
• Food safety certification (Serve Safe) required

Working Conditions and ADA Compliance

The position requires standing for extended periods, working in heat with steam and food vapors present. Employees must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and able to work efficiently with kitchen equipment such as Chinese cook knives. The environment is fast-paced with high noise levels, limited space, and high shelving. Strong verbal communication and the ability to adapt to dynamic and changing priorities, including conflict resolution skills, are essential.
