Senior Architect - Revit Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join a leading Architectural Engineering & Consulting firm based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience in high-rise projects and demonstrate strong expertise in Revit software. The role involves leading architectural projects from conceptualization to execution with a focus on quality, technical precision, and coordination across disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Take charge of architectural projects encompassing concept design, detailed design phases, and execution.
• Create architectural concepts, develop layouts, plans, elevations, and sections, and compile persuasive design presentations.
• Prepare, review, and manage detailed architectural drawings and Revit models.
• Collaborate closely with structural, MEP, interior design, and other consultancy teams to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Oversee architectural documentation, design development stages, and construction package preparations.
• Ensure drawings meet technical accuracy and design quality standards through rigorous reviews.
• Maintain effective coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Perform site visits to supervise architectural works during construction phases, ensuring alignment with design intent and standards.
• Lead design teams, mentor junior architects, and guide project execution ensuring adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Identify and resolve design-related and technical challenges proactively.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 8 to 12+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Proven experience working on projects located in Dubai is mandatory.
• In-depth knowledge and strong technical proficiency in Revit is compulsory.
• Experience specifically with high-rise building projects is required.
• Prior work experience with architectural consulting or design consultancy firms is advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in high-rise residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, or expansive development projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of architectural design principles, detailed documentation processes, and construction methodologies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing abilities in design development and project delivery excellence.
• Well-versed in applicable architectural standards, building regulations, and Dubai authority requirements.
