Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified Architect or Senior Architect to join our expanding architectural team within the Buildings and Cities Unit. This team manages projects across a variety of RIBA stages and building types, collaborating with clients in the UK, Ireland, Europe, and globally. The position offers a long-term project with career development opportunities. The role involves autonomous project management, close collaboration with engineering disciplines, and working on multiple sectors.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will have a degree or equivalent in architecture, UK practice experience, and proven project management skills within a team environment. Creativity, confidence, technical aptitude, and coordination abilities with design teams are essential.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Qualified Architect (Post Part 3) with ARB registration
• Experience delivering projects from design through to technical completion
• Proven track record of project delivery under deadlines
• Proficiency with Revit and BIM software
• Knowledge of current building legislation, including Building Regulations and British Standards
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Experience in Defence or Transport building sectors is advantageous but not mandatory
