Responsibilities

• Lead conceptual design and apply sound technical judgement.
• Guide and manage multidisciplinary teams to maintain design integrity.
• Own design direction across project phases from concept through to construction documentation and delivery.
• Maintain clear and composed communication with clients and consultants to preserve project intent.
• Oversee contractor and builder engagements during the construction stage.

Required Skills and Experience

• Between 7 to 12 or more years of experience in commercial, residential, healthcare, or education architectural projects.
• Previous experience working as a Senior Architect.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex project challenges and coordinate consultants effectively.
• Familiarity with contractor and builder-side discussions during construction.
• Registered Architect status or actively pursuing registration.
• Comprehensive understanding of building assembly and construction processes.
• Expertise in translating design concepts into coherent design development packages.
• Experience reviewing and refining design work to uphold quality throughout all project phases.
• Proficiency with Revit software.
• Clear and calm communicator, capable of simplifying complex information for clients and project teams.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities balancing design, detailing, and scheduling.
• Commitment to mentoring colleagues and contributing positively to team culture.
• Skills in networking, influencing stakeholders, and presenting confidently to clients.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements impacting financial performance positively.
