About Hassell
Hassell operates eight studios worldwide, delivering projects in architecture, landscape architecture, interior design, and urban design. Role Overview
Our Brisbane studio is seeking skilled and adaptable Senior Architects to join our team amid multiple upcoming projects. This role involves contributing to high-profile developments from concept design through construction support. Responsibilities encompass spatial and material concept creation to detailed documentation, actively participating across all project phases.
Candidate Profile
- Exemplary design and documentation capabilities across diverse project stages.
- Experience managing complex project typologies.
- Preferably has served as a project team leader.
- Collaborative yet capable of independent work.
- Effective verbal and written communicator.
- Growth-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn continuously.
- Skilled in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and consultants.
- Experience engaging stakeholders and contractors on intricate projects.
- Competent time and priority management abilities.
- Proactive, detail-focused, and hands-on approach.
- Confident in idea presentation, team collaboration, and client engagement.
- Possesses full Australian work rights and can work onsite in Brisbane’s studio within a hybrid setting.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or relevant tertiary qualifications with registration in an applicable jurisdiction, familiar with Australian codes and standards.
- Over seven years of post-graduate experience in respected design studios.
- Proficiency with Revit, Rhino, and Enscape design tools.
