Currently, ahb functions as a comprehensive architect-led design-build firm specializing in complex projects that span architecture, engineering, construction, fabrication, and customized development. Role Overview

The Architect is responsible for producing and managing architectural design packages throughout various project phases. This role requires translating design concepts and project specifications into precise, coordinated, and executable documentation adhering to relevant codes, regulations, and ahb's quality benchmarks.

Primary Duties

• Create architectural drawings and Issued for Construction (IFC) documents throughout multiple design stages.
• Collaborate closely with structural, MEP, BIM, and other technical teams to maintain design consistency.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable building codes and regulatory authority mandates.
• Respond to technical review feedback, Requests for Information (RFIs), and site-specific design clarifications.
• Participate in site inspections and provide support to project teams during construction phases.
• Keep updated and accurate logs of drawings and related design documentation.
• Assist in quality assurance and quality control checks, ensuring timely submission of high-standard documentation.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Between 1 to 3 years of experience in architectural design and construction documentation.
• Skilled in using Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp for architectural projects.
• Solid understanding of building codes and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and technical documentation efforts.
• Strong interpersonal skills including effective communication, coordination, and solving design problems.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to superior quality work.
