Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will engage deeply with intricate design challenges and oversee project delivery from design development through documentation and construction phases. Collaborating within a skilled project team, you'll address complex heritage, residential, and retail demands with precise coordination and detailed architectural solutions.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Hold current Architectural Registration in Australia.
• Possess extensive local Australian architectural experience, particularly on complex multi-residential, retail, hospitality, hotel, or mixed-use projects.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Revit; essential for this role.
• Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Exhibit expertise in design development, documentation, and construction stages.
• Showcase exceptional technical detailing, coordination skills, and problem-solving capabilities to deliver sophisticated architecture.
• Work collaboratively with consultants, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain a genuine passion for producing high-quality architectural outcomes.

Additional Information

This position is strictly for candidates currently registered as architects in Australia with significant local experience; international or overseas applicants will not be considered.
