Job description
Position Summary
We are recruiting for a Senior AI Software Engineer specializing in evaluation of large language models (LLMs), offering a fully remote full-time opportunity. This role involves developing sophisticated datasets for training, benchmarking, and enhancing AI models through close collaboration with research teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Create and curate code snippets, devise programming solutions, and debug code across multiple languages including Python, JavaScript (ReactJS), C/C++, Java, Rust, and Go.
- Assess and improve AI-generated code for optimal performance, scalability, and robustness.
- Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to elevate enterprise AI-driven coding products aligned with industry benchmarks.
- Develop verification agents to assess code quality and detect recurring error patterns.
- Formulate hypotheses related to software development lifecycle phases and evaluate AI model proficiencies accordingly.
Candidate Requirements
- Extensive software engineering background with a minimum of two years at a leading product-oriented organization.
- Strong capabilities in full-stack application development.
- Proficient in Python and JavaScript frameworks including ReactJS.
- Experienced in programming languages such as C/C++, Java, Rust, and Go.
- Competence in designing mechanisms to verify software engineering processes and tasks.
