Job description
About the Role
This is a fully remote, asynchronous-first role focused on building developer tools and AI reliability solutions. Working between 32-40 hours a week within UTC-3 to UTC+3 time zones, you will contribute to a SaaS platform aimed at empowering developers to manage software reliability proactively with end-to-end testing and synthetic monitoring all defined as code. Our technology stack includes strong AI integrations (Codex, Claude), Vue.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Golang, Postgres, ClickHouse, and AWS.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage AI-powered coding agents extensively for full-stack development, including solution exploration, scaffolding, refactoring, test generation, and debugging.
- Engage directly with developers, DevOps, and SRE teams to understand their issues, workflows, and integrate their feedback to improve product offerings.
- Identify and focus on meaningful developer challenges such as flaky tests, vague failure modes, and noisy alerts, aiming for pragmatic, validate-and-iterate solutions.
- Take end-to-end ownership from ideation to rollout and production monitoring, including participation in support and on-call rotations.
Candidate Profile
- Proven track record of delivering AI-enhanced features that have been shipped and maintained in production.
- Experienced in operating production software with a sharp understanding of incidents, edge cases, and the necessity for observability.
- Able to engage in product discussions and evaluate whether proposed solutions truly address customer needs.
- Self-driven and able to excel in a fully remote environment without direct supervision, while maintaining strong collaboration with colleagues.
- Eligible for employment anywhere within UTC-3 to UTC+3 time zones with the ability to travel across Europe without visa delays for company events or conferences.
