Opportunity Overview
An expanding international company situated in Dublin 24 is seeking experienced Senior Administrators, Executive Assistants, and Personal Assistants to enhance its senior support team. These roles, initially offered on a temporary ongoing basis, hold strong potential for permanent placement based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage complex and frequently adjusted calendars, coordinating appointments and meetings.
- Prioritize tasks and ensure senior executives are fully briefed for their upcoming engagements.
- Monitor email correspondence for urgent issues and coordinate necessary follow-ups.
- Organize internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, presentations, briefing notes, and relevant documents.
- Attend meetings when necessary to take precise minutes and ensure action items are tracked to completion.
- Arrange comprehensive domestic and international travel plans, including itinerary, accommodation, transport, and travel document management.
- Compose, edit, and format professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Serve as a reliable and professional liaison for senior colleagues, clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- Support financial administration tasks including expense handling, record keeping, and business project assistance.
- Provide enhanced administrative support during busy periods or changing business priorities.
Candidate Profile
- Significant prior experience working as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Senior Administrator, Senior Team Administrator, Office or Business Support Coordinator, Project Administrator, or Senior Secretary/Departmental Administrator.
- Proven ability to provide high-level administrative or executive support in fast-paced professional environments.
- Exceptional skills in organization, task prioritization, and time management.
- Confidence in managing multiple deadlines and adapting to evolving priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Professional demeanor, personable approach, and high level of confidentiality.
- Exceptional attention to detail across all duties.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with senior management and external parties.
- Ability to work autonomously, exercise sound judgment, and anticipate organizational needs.
Working Conditions
- Standard working hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Temporary ongoing contract with excellent prospects for long-term or permanent employment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range of approximately €50,000 to €65,000 annually, subject to experience and role responsibilities.
- Competitive hourly rates during the initial temporary phase with weekly payroll.
