IT Administrator

Overview

We are seeking an IT Administrator to manage and support IT infrastructure at our manufacturing plant located in MIDC, Bhosari, Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune. The role involves handling network setup, server upkeep, employee technical support, software installations, and hardware maintenance in both factory and office settings.

Key Duties

• Oversee and configure company Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, and internet connections.
• Manage server activities including performing regular data backups, managing user credentials, and maintaining local server rooms.
• Provide IT support to factory and office employees for computers, laptops, software, and printers.
• Install, update, and maintain software systems and tools across workstations.
• Perform hardware-related tasks such as upgrading RAM, replacing hard drives, and establishing LAN cabling on the factory floor.

Candidate Requirements

• Fundamental understanding of Windows Server management and Wi-Fi network configuration.
• Ability to rapidly diagnose and resolve network and internet connectivity problems.
• Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is highly desirable.

Additional Information

• Monthly salary range: 40,000 to 80,000 INR, to be confirmed based on interview.
• Work shift: Day shift.
