VTL Machine Operator Cum Programmer

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced VTL Machine Operator Cum Programmer to join our team based in Midc Navlakh Umbre, Talegaon Dabhade, Maharashtra, with additional location coverage in Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune. This role requires proficiency with VTL machines, including controllers such as Fanuc, Siemens, and Mazak.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and program VTL machines effectively to meet production targets.
• Carry out tool setting, work offset setting, and job setup ensuring operational efficiency.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality and safety throughout the production process.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience as a VTL Machine Operator and Programmer.
• Sound practical understanding of VTL machine operation and programming.
• Capability to handle tool and work offset settings independently.
• Committed to achieving quality and meeting production goals.
• Open to candidates from any educational background including 10th or 12th pass/fail, ITI, Diploma, or Graduation, provided they have pertinent VTL experience.

Work Schedule & Compensation

• Shift options include both Day Shift and Night Shift.
• Working hours consist of 8-hour shifts.
• Monthly salary ranging between ₹25,000 and ₹35,000, subject to discussion based on prior salary history.
