Job Overview
Featherneo Private Limited seeks a proficient CNC Machine Operator skilled in handling CNC Press Brake machines. The role demands expertise in channel bending, fabrication of stainless steel and aluminium components, as well as laser welding procedures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machinery and executing precise sheet metal bending and fabrication tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC Press Brake machines to bend and shape metal sheets accurately.
- Perform channel bending on metal components as specified by technical drawings.
- Undertake fabrication activities for stainless steel and aluminium parts.
- Carry out laser welding to join metal pieces following quality standards.
- Ensure finished products meet production specifications and quality benchmarks.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience working with CNC Press Brake machinery.
- Competence in channel bending techniques and sheet metal fabrication.
- Familiarity with stainless steel and aluminium fabrication processes.
- Skills in laser welding applications and quality control.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
Compensation and Location
This position offers a monthly salary range between 20,000 and 35,000 INR. The job location is in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
