Role Overview

As part of the Finance Team, which encompasses several areas such as Accounting, Finance Operations, and Treasury, the Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst plays a crucial role in managing invoicing and collections to maintain financial health and support operational and strategic decisions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant invoicing activities for Snapchat.
• Maintain Oracle notes and coding with precision, adhering to global standards.
• Collaborate across Business Solutions, Operations, and Accounting teams to enhance billing and collection processes for scalability.
• Investigate and resolve global billing disputes with appropriate documentation.
• Work in partnership with the cash application team to promptly apply incoming customer payments.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of customer accounts to verify open balances as needed.
• Contact customers to clarify invoicing data when necessary.
• Support additional analyses and ad hoc projects as assigned.
• Strive to meet monthly department collection targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in English communication is essential.
• Strong analytical abilities with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably within advertising, media, or entertainment sectors.
• Familiarity with international accounts receivable processes is advantageous.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Meticulous attention to detail combined with a proactive, high-urgency work style.
• Self-motivated, capable of multitasking and adapting quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize duties and operate independently.
