Position Overview

• Respond appropriately to Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) alarms, documenting instances in the "Failure to Deactivate" log as required.
• Ensure Scan & Go devices are properly returned to their designated storage after use.
• Demonstrate flexibility by being willing to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays to maintain smooth store operations.

Potential Challenges in the Role

• Manage a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment, particularly effectively handling overnight shifts by maintaining focus and energy.
• Handle physical demands including standing for long periods, bending, and lifting items weighing up to 20 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Perform repetitive duties like stocking, zoning, and organizing to maintain store standards with accuracy and attention to detail.
