Job description
Position Summary
This role involves providing excellent customer service through assigned stocking duties, including accurate stocking of picks and new merchandise in a secure and clean environment. Working collaboratively within a team, the associate will strategically plan and execute tasks aligned with workload and operational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer courteous customer service by greeting customers warmly, assisting in product promotion, locating items, supporting purchase decisions, resolving issues, and redirecting concerns as necessary.
- Review and manage workload for designated store sections.
- Ensure precise signing of merchandise.
- Maintain modular layout and correct shelf capacity errors.
- Handle merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process.
- Utilize appropriate fixtures, supplies, and tools needed for task completion.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and hazard-free workspace by adhering to company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and securing displays and fixtures.
- Prepare the backroom area to facilitate stock unloading procedures.
Compensation
The starting wage for this position is $16.15 per hour.
