Role Overview
This position involves maintaining a visible security presence at a client retail location to ensure the safety and enjoyment of customers and the public. The Security Officer will serve as a professional representative of the company, adhering to strict code of conduct and PSA standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consistent security monitoring and maintain a safe environment at the retail site.
- Uphold the company’s professional standards and code of conduct as per PSA requirements.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Possession of a current, valid Private Security Authority (PSA) license.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
- Experience operating CCTV systems effectively.
- Capable of delivering clear and complete work history covering 5 years, along with references.
- Excellent communication skills including report writing.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to requirements of the company.
- Previous experience specifically in retail security.
- Full flexibility regarding working hours, including Monday to Sunday schedules.
