Position Overview
This role involves maintaining a secure presence at a client location, ensuring safety and a positive environment for customers and the public. The security officer will represent the company professionally and uphold the PSA code of conduct standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible security presence on site to guarantee safety and enjoyable experiences for visitors.
- Act in a professional manner, embodying the standards set by the PSA code of conduct.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Possession of a current, valid PSA (Private Security Authority) License.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Competency in operating CCTV systems.
- Ability to provide a full and clear work history for the past 5 years including references.
- Strong communication and report writing capabilities.
- Flexibility to work varying hours as required by the employer.
- Prior experience in retail security settings.
- Complete flexibility in work schedule.
