Job description
Role Overview
As a Security Officer at G4S based in Armagh, Northern Ireland, you will play an essential role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' personnel, properties, and assets. Beyond traditional guarding duties, you will engage with customers and staff, delivering outstanding customer service with a friendly demeanor. Your responsibilities will include welcoming and verifying staff and visitors, enforcing security protocols, conducting necessary searches, patrolling the premises, and managing any security incidents that arise. Working Hours and Pay
The position requires a commitment of 39 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with voluntary overtime available. The pay rate is £12.71 per hour.
Candidate Profile
We seek candidates aged 18 or above who possess strong communication skills and thrive working as part of a team. A flexible approach to the Monday through Friday shift schedule is essential. Proficiency in IT is important, and prior security experience along with a Door Supervisor license would be advantageous.
