Job Overview

We are seeking professionally trained Lady Security Guards to join the security team responsible for protecting various premises, including building sites, courts, shops, warehouses, banks, and factories. These roles involve conducting patrols on foot or by vehicle, managing access control, securing equipment and personnel, monitoring CCTV surveillance, and preventing criminal activities through proactive security measures.

Key Responsibilities

• Safeguard premises, property, and confidential information.
• Submit daily reports to the Supervisor in adherence to company procedures.
• Follow all organizational policies and procedures diligently at all times.
• Comply with health, safety, and environmental guidelines consistently.
• Operate and oversee functioning of security systems.
• Manage the entry and exit of people, vehicles, and materials to the site.
• Execute foot patrols to identify any hazards or unsafe conditions.
• Monitor parking areas for vehicle safety and detect unauthorized individuals.
• Prepare detailed reports as necessary.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum educational qualification: 10th Pass.

• Age range: 18–35 years for freshers; up to 40 years for experienced security guards.
• Must be physically and medically fit with a mature appearance.
