Scheduler (m/w/d)

Job Overview

We are immediately looking for a Scheduler (m/w/d) to support our renowned clients across Germany. This role involves managing and maintaining comprehensive integrated schedule and project plans throughout all project phases, ranging from initial planning to commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update integrated timelines and project schedules covering the entire project lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee timely delivery of project milestones and outputs.
• Monitor project progress, manage interfaces, and ensure the consistency and reliability of project scheduling.
• Plan and optimize resources, including resource leveling, to efficiently control capacities and project workflows.
• Conduct schedule and risk analyses to detect potential delays and devise appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Prepare progress, performance, and management reports while utilizing Power BI and 4D planning tools to visualize and analyze project metrics.

Candidate Profile

• Several years of experience in project planning and project controls.
• Proficient knowledge in Primavera P6, Earned Value Management, and project reporting.
• Experience with schedule risk analysis, 4D planning, and creating reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Excellent command of both German and English languages, verbal and written.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Completed higher education degree in engineering, project management, or a related discipline.
