SAP SD HANA Consultant - Multiple Locations

Overview

Capgemini is seeking experienced SAP SD S/4HANA Consultants to join their team full-time across Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, and Gandhinagar. The ideal candidate will have between 4 and 15 years of total experience, with a strong focus on SAP Sales and Distribution and S/4HANA implementations. This role involves supporting implementation, migration, rollout, and ongoing maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in S/4HANA rollout, migration, implementation, and support activities.
• Collaborate on integration efforts with modules including MM, FI, WM/EWM, TM, and PP.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and develop functional specifications to meet business requirements.
• Support various testing phases such as Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Go-Live preparations.
• Deliver end-user training sessions and provide ongoing support following deployment.
• Work closely with technical teams to facilitate enhancements, reporting, forms, interfaces, and workflow configurations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Total professional experience ranging from 4 to 15 years, with substantial SAP SD and S/4HANA exposure between 4 and 10 years.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD business processes and practical experience with S/4HANA implementations and support.
• Ability to analyze functional gaps and write specifications aligned with business needs.
• Experience coordinating across SAP modules such as MM, FI, WM/EWM, TM, and PP.
• Capable of providing training and post-go-live assistance to end-users.

The role requires availability in one of the specified Indian cities: Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, or Gandhinagar. Candidates should be graduates and prepared to undergo the recruitment logistics as specified.
