As a SAP Finance Consultant specializing in Group Reporting, you will collaborate within an onshore team alongside client personnel and offshore colleagues participating in SAP implementation projects. Your responsibilities will focus on guiding clients through key design decisions in SAP Finance, particularly in the Group Reporting domain, while integrating functionalities with other technical and business areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in the onshore implementation team, coordinating work between client teams and offshore resources as part of SAP deployment initiatives.
  • Support clients by advising on critical finance-related design solutions aligned with SAP Group Reporting best practices.
  • Design, configure, and refine SAP Group Reporting systems to fulfill evolving business requirements, utilizing SAP standards and recommended industry approaches tailored for both RISE and GROW deployment models.
  • Work closely with cross-functional groups, including business stakeholders, IT experts, and external partners, to ensure project milestones, discoveries, and support phases are effectively executed.
  • Serve as the main liaison for customers, steering relationships throughout implementation and technical build stages.
  • Contribute thought leadership and domain expertise to advance client outcomes as well as enhance the internal finance and SAP practice, including understanding emerging SAP roadmaps and industry trends.

Candidate Profile

  • At least five years of experience as a SAP Finance Consultant.
  • Minimum three years of direct experience implementing SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.
  • Successful participation in two or more SAP Group Reporting implementations.
  • Solid understanding and utilization of Core Data Services (CDS) views.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing individuals at all organizational levels.
