Role Overview

We are searching for a seasoned SAP Project Manager to lead comprehensive implementation programs of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. This role entails managing all facets of project delivery including stakeholder engagement, budgeting, risk mitigation, and ensuring the application of SAP best practices in alignment with the SAP Activate framework. The manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams spanning business leaders, SAP consultants, system integrators, and technical experts to oversee the project lifecycle from initiation through go-live and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage comprehensive SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation initiatives.
• Oversee project scope definition, deadlines, budget adherence, risk management, and optimal resource allocation.
• Ensure effective project governance and strict compliance with the SAP Activate methodology.
• Facilitate requirement collection, standard fits workshops, and solution design meetings.
• Coordinate multifaceted teams including functional, technical, integration, data migration, and change management units.
• Monitor project milestones and deliver timely status reports to leadership and steering bodies.
• Manage and align stakeholder expectations with business objectives effectively.
• Proactively identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks, issues, and interdependencies.
• Supervise testing phases including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and readiness for Go-Live.
• Support cutover plans, deployment execution, hypercare, and project closure processes.
• Guarantee delivery quality, adherence to best practices, and high customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• Minimum eight years in managing SAP projects.
• Has successfully overseen at least two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud deployments.
• Deep knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and cloud ERP deployment strategies.
• Experience handling global or multi-country SAP programs.
• Strong skills in project planning, budget management, risk analytics, and vendor coordination.
• Excellent communication abilities and stakeholder relationship management.
• Familiarity with Agile, Hybrid Agile, and traditional Waterfall project delivery approaches.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification as an SAP Activate Project Manager.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile methodology certifications.
• Exposure to SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, and SAP Signavio technologies.
• Understanding of business processes across finance, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, or human resources.
