Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relations with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Take full responsibility for assigned workstreams, ensuring alignment with engagement goals and Deloitte quality standards.
• Develop customized Salesforce solutions leveraging configuration and customization capabilities.
• Identify risks and issues proactively, resolving them or escalating as needed to leadership.
• Recognize and suggest improvements to business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contribute sector-specific knowledge through participation in firm initiatives and industry events.
• Apply insights from global trends and emerging technologies to improve client recommendations and solutions.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven prior experience working with Salesforce is essential.
• Extensive expertise in solution design, client engagement, conducting demos, and leading design and development workshops.
• Strong familiarity with Salesforce features including Lightning, integrations, and related project implementation methodologies.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Salesforce Platform, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds.
• Ability to design, develop, and customize AI agents utilizing the Agentforce Builder and create tailored Agentforce experiences using Lightning components and custom UI.
• Knowledge of Heroku and e-commerce technologies is advantageous.
• Competent in analyzing requirements and preparing effort estimates along with comprehensive system designs.
• Track record of managing clients and leading multi-member project teams.
• Demonstrates strong project management discipline, organization, and adherence to delivery timelines.
• Well-versed in best practices for Salesforce platform implementation, including Force.com.
• Capable of preparing essential project documentation such as requirements documents, system design specifications, use cases, test plans, and training materials.
• Experience in leading teams and ensuring timely delivery of client commitments.

Desired Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of relevant experience within management or consulting environments.
• Minimum of 1–2 complete Salesforce implementation projects, either in India or internationally.
• Graduate degree in Science or Engineering from a reputed institution.

Location and Work Environment

• Primary work location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
• Regular office attendance, working 5 days per week onsite.
• Willingness to travel for both short- and long-term client engagements.
