In the Global Employer Services division of Tax, you will advise clients concerning international employee assignments. By supporting multinational corporations on critical issues, you help secure and advance their global success.

Positions are offered at multiple German locations, including Düsseldorf, Berlin, Frankfurt (Main), Hamburg, Munich, Nuremberg, and Stuttgart.

Role Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for clients’ HR departments and expatriates regarding assignment inquiries.
• Manage the entire expatriation cycle by assisting clients comprehensively and coordinating involved parties internally and externally, such as through cost estimation and policy management.
• Organize diverse services, including tax advice, immigration support, language training, and intercultural coaching.
• Collaborate closely with international Deloitte offices to unify offerings from Deloitte and third-party providers.
• Contribute insightfully to advisory projects involving strategies, processes, and service delivery for international assignments.
• Employ modern AI tools to enhance daily work, discover new AI applications, and innovate existing workflows.

Candidate Profile

• Completed academic degree in economics, law, or a comparable qualification.
• Some practical knowledge or initial experience in individual taxation, social security, labor and residency law including EU reporting obligations is desirable.
• Strong customer orientation combined with enjoyment in working methodically in a dynamic international environment; creativity and technological savvy are valued.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
