About the Role
This position seeks professionals transitioning from retail, hospitality, door-to-door, or inbound/outbound sales backgrounds who are eager to leverage their leadership skills within a corporate setting. As a Sales Consultant based in a Wellington City office, you will engage customers through inbound, outbound, and digital channels, providing consultative, high-quality interactions rather than simply processing transactions.

- Resilience in a fast-paced, achievement-oriented environment while maintaining optimism.
- Effective communication combining empathy and confidence to guide conversations and close sales.
