About the Role
Are you an excellent communicator who enjoys engaging with potential clients and taking on customer acquisition challenges? Join us as a Sales Development Representative at an expanding international software company. Our Sales Operations team plays a vital role in accelerating growth by managing leads, qualifying potential customers, and supporting sales activities. You will act as a central liaison connecting clients, marketing, and sales teams, directly impacting the company's success.
Responsibilities
- Conduct qualification and assess potential of target market companies.
- Independently generate, acquire, and manage customer relationships (leads).
- Identify and explore new business opportunities.
- Advise clients on PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) software solutions.
- Assist in the design and execution of sales campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business informatics, or related fields; alternatively, several years of relevant professional experience.
- Preferably experience in CAD/CAM, MES, PDM/PLM, or ERP environments with comprehensive market knowledge.
- Proficiency using CRM software.
- Sales- and market-oriented mindset complemented by strong presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills via email and phone with fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
