Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Specify and sell Eaton Crouse Hinds and Eaton B-Line products across Commercial, Data Center, Industrial, and Oil & Gas sectors within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
• Support customers with product presentations and identify opportunities for system upgrades and replacements, including transitioning from conventional lighting to LED solutions.
• Drive project specifications in collaboration with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractors by promoting Eaton’s ECH and B-Line products, ensuring design alignment with cable tray systems specifications.
• Provide initial engineering consultation to qualify projects and collaborate with application teams to deliver cost-effective, technically optimized solutions.
• Manage customer inquiries comprehensively from initial contact to successful order completion, addressing technical and commercial aspects.
• Evaluate and prepare customer proposals, covering technical scope and commercial terms, and review technical specifications and Bills of Quantities to recommend fitting products.
• Leverage opportunities for cross-selling across Eaton's product portfolio to enhance project penetration.
• Lead project negotiations to improve success rates and maximize order conversion.
• Ensure prompt execution of orders by managing customer expectations and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Meet quarterly individual targets and contribute to achieving annual profit goals.
• Organize and facilitate technical events such as seminars, webinars, and interactive sessions like 'lunch and learn' targeting end users in Oil & Gas and consultants in the commercial sector.
• Focus on expanding sales and specifications of ECH and EBL products within the Data Center market segment, engaging with hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data centers.
• Engage with Data Center owners, consultants, EPCs, and system integrators to position Eaton’s power distribution, cable management, lighting, and safety solutions effectively.

Qualification Requirements

• Mandatory possession of Saudi Council of Engineering Certificate.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related engineering fields.
• At least five years of relevant experience within the Saudi Arabian market.

Technical Skills

• Proficient understanding of explosion-proof electrical equipment standards and hazardous area safety requirements.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel, for reporting, data analysis, and communication purposes.
