Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive, your role is to lead customers smoothly through the entire car buying journey, from initial contact through to the final agreement, ensuring a seamless and positive purchasing experience.
Work Schedule and Earnings
Work a 40-hour week comprised of five 8-hour shifts, including most Saturdays, which are our peak sales days. You will have a guaranteed day off during the week and Sundays off every week as the dealership is closed. The role offers a base salary of 39,000 with commissions allowing earnings significantly exceeding the on-target earn of 45,000.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum one year experience currently working as a Sales Executive within the automotive sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Flexibility to work weekends as required.
- Possess a full UK driving license for both manual and automatic vehicles.
