Job description
About Nuix
Nuix is dedicated to making a positive impact through its people, products, and mission. The company’s software is designed to uncover truth within vast volumes of complex data. Its clientele spans governments, corporations, and law enforcement agencies who rely on Nuix to tackle challenging data intelligence, investigative analytics, and eDiscovery tasks. Nuix values passionate individuals who thrive in dynamic, ambiguous environments and embrace a collaborative, ethical work culture.
Role Overview
As a Sales Executive for the Asia region based in Singapore, you will manage and expand a defined territory of enterprise clients, particularly in government, corporate, and commercial sectors. Your role encompasses the entire sales cycle—from lead qualification to contract closure—focused on promoting Nuix’s integrated software platform. Success requires advanced commercial insight, perseverance through lengthy procurement processes, and the ability to engage both technical personnel and senior decision-makers in strategic conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a defined portfolio of enterprise accounts, crafting and executing an annual strategy to acquire new clients and deepen relationships to achieve steady revenue growth.
- Oversee the full sales process using structured qualification methods like MEDDPICC to evaluate opportunities, build consensus among stakeholders, and efficiently drive deals to closure against complex procurement requirements.
- Establish and nurture executive-level connections at all levels within target organizations to position Nuix as a strategic platform partner rather than a mere vendor.
- Maintain a robust and reliable sales pipeline, ensuring pipeline data and forecasts are current within the CRM to provide clear revenue visibility.
- Lead commercial negotiations to develop proposals emphasizing the full value of Nuix’s platform, protecting company margins and fostering lasting client partnerships.
- Coordinate internal resources such as pre-sales engineers and product experts to deliver a cohesive and compelling buying experience throughout the sales journey.
Required Skills and Expertise
- Proven track record of successfully selling complex enterprise software or SaaS solutions on long sales cycles, ideally within data intelligence, investigative analytics, legal technology, eDiscovery, or similar regulated sectors.
- Capability to sell an integrated software platform as a strategic investment, demonstrating commercial acumen to unify buying committees around this approach.
- Experience applying structured sales qualification frameworks such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or Challenger to high-value, multi-quarter enterprise deals.
- Confidence and versatility in engaging diverse stakeholders, ranging from technical users to C-suite executives, tailoring communications to meet their perspectives and needs.
Preferred Expertise
- Previous sales exposure within government, law enforcement, regulatory, or national security organizations, including familiarity with public sector procurement and security clearance protocols.
- Understanding of eDiscovery processes, digital forensics, compliance, or investigative workflows that enables credible technical discussions with customers.
Company Values and Culture
Nuix fosters an inclusive environment emphasizing ownership, resilience, courage, teamwork, and customer focus. The company is an equal opportunity employer committed to equitable hiring practices and provides accommodations to ensure fairness throughout recruitment.
Additional Information
Interested candidates should note Nuix's policy on recruitment agencies: only agencies with existing agreements will be accepted, and unsolicited CVs will not be considered. Nuix offers a referral bonus of $1,000 for successful candidate recommendations.
