Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be instrumental in helping existing and potential customers maximize the use of Remote’s comprehensive Global HR Platform. This role involves timely responses to incoming queries, educating prospects about our offerings, and supporting the sales process with a commitment to transparency and fair pricing.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage, qualify, and respond to both inbound and outbound sales leads.
- Identify and reach out to new sales prospects to schedule meetings for Account Executives.
- Effectively communicate Remote’s value propositions while understanding prospect needs to ensure an optimal fit.
- Support the Account Executive team as needed in the sales process.
- Educate and nurture prospects until the point of hand-off to sales teams.
- Create and maintain targeted prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
- Conduct cold calls using prospect data from various sources.
- Research key decision-makers, analyze business requirements, and present solutions to initiate sales cycles.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated success in business development using key sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Lusha.
- Previous experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS technology company.
- Effective negotiation and persuasive communication abilities.
- Strong oral and written communication skills paired with excellent listening abilities and an engaging phone presence.
- Strategic and tactical thinking capabilities with resilience to criticism and rejection.
- Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to goals.
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience working remotely is advantageous but not mandatory.
Additional Information
Reporting to: Manager, Outbound Sales Development Team
Location: Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region, with fully remote working arrangement.
Compensation: Total On-Target Earnings range from $31,500 to $70,950 USD with base salary comprising 70%. Salaries are adapted according to geographic and market factors with a philosophy of fair and equitable pay.
Application Process: Includes recruiter interview, manager interview with mock call, senior manager interview, bar raiser interview, and employment verification.
