Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is instrumental in driving the top of the sales funnel at Attio. Responsibilities include managing outbound campaigns, reviving prospects who have become inactive, and collaborating closely with Account Executives (AEs) to ensure the progression of qualified leads. This position offers a foundational role in pipeline generation and presents a clear advancement pathway to broader go-to-market positions within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute focused, multi-channel outbound campaigns to create new sales opportunities
- Re-engage prospects who have stalled earlier in the sales process to revive interest
- Coordinate with AEs to organize meetings, share scheduling information, and communicate initial discovery insights
- Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue Operations to refine targeting and enhance processes continuously
- Manage the entire outreach and prospect experience from initial contact until handoff to AEs
- Work with sales leadership to optimize lead funnel workflows using Attio’s platform
Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to take ownership of deliverables and consistently meet commitments
- Strong inclination to base decisions on data and logic, especially when balancing competing priorities
- Demonstrated history of actively seeking and implementing feedback
- Effective communicator capable of adapting messages to various audiences
