About The Role
This permanent full-time position offers a hybrid working arrangement with three office days and two remote days per week in Dublin, Ireland. The role focuses on representing LEAP, a leading provider of legal practice productivity software and part of ATI, a major international LegalTech firm with over 30 years' experience. LEAP serves more than 100,000 legal professionals worldwide and aims to help lawyers enhance efficiency and profitability in their practices.
The Sales Development team is critical to LEAP's vision of becoming the premier legal technology company globally by generating high-quality sales leads and introducing potential clients to LEAP's innovative SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research target law firm accounts and find key decision-makers.
- Create new business opportunities through proactive outreach using phone, email, social media, and other channels.
- Engage prospects with personalized communication that highlights LEAP's value proposition.
- Conduct discovery calls to gather insights on prospects’ challenges, needs, and priorities.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and arrange product demos with specialists.
- Collaborate closely with Product Consultants and Marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies and improve lead quality.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, prospecting activities, and lead progress in the CRM system.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospects not yet ready to proceed to maintain engagement.
- Meet and aim to surpass set targets related to activity levels, qualified opportunities, demonstrations, and pipeline growth.
- Utilize coaching feedback and performance metrics to continuously refine sales tactics and results.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in roles involving sales, business development, recruitment, or customer service preferred but not mandatory.
- Confident communicator able to engage prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to ask pertinent questions and listen effectively.
- Highly organized and proactive in managing multiple outreach efforts and follow-ups.
- Resilient and motivated, driven to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Curious mindset with genuine interest in understanding client businesses and providing solutions.
- Collaborative team player capable of working well with Product Consultants, Marketing, and broader Sales teams.
- Open to feedback and adaptable to coaching for personal development.
- Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot is advantageous but not essential.
- Prior exposure to SaaS or legal industry environments is beneficial but not required.
